Shipping and delivery
The usual time of delivery in Denmark is 2 to 5 working days. For deliveries abroad some extra days must be expected. Time of delivery will also be longer over weekends and in holiday seasons. Should the book Royal Flower Glory be out of print, or should a shipping be considerably delayed, we will notify you via e-mail.
Costs of delivery
Customers are to pay for all costs of shipping and delivery.
Cost of delivery in Denmark as parcel post is: DKK 49,-
Delivery as CarryOn Cash parcel:
To Norway, Sweden, Finland, the Aaland Islands and Germany the basic rate is DKK 140,- + DKK 10,- per kilo.
To the rest of Europe and Iceland the basic rate is DKK 140,- + DKK 15,- per kilo.
To North and South America the basic rate is DKK 140,- + DKK 58,- per kilo.
To Africa, Asia and the Middle East the basic rate is DKK 140,- + DKK 68,- per kilo.
To the rest of the world, including Australia, the basic rate is DKK 140,- + DKK 78,- per kilo.
To the Faroe Islands via air freight the basic rate is DKK 140,- + DKK 16,- per kilo.
To Greenland via air freight the basic rate is DKK 118 + DKK 70,- per kilo.

Collection
Should you choose to collect your purchase in person, payment will take place on collection.
Withdrawal from transaction
Customers have 2 weeks to return the purchase from the day of receiving it. This can be done either by returning the purchase to our business address or by not collecting the purchase at the post office. When returning a purchase, please include either the number of the invoice, a copy of it or some other form of identification of the purchase agreement. The returned purchase should be in the same condition as at delivery. Customers are to pay the costs of delivery. As soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the return of the purchase, customers will receive a cheque for the prepaid amount minus costs of delivery.
