Registration
When shopping with us customers have to state name, address, possible delivery address plus e-mail address. We record this information plus any invoices in our customer files for five years. However, we do NOT pass this information on. Being registered in our files you have the right to claim access to the information, and according to Danish law you have the right to object to being registered.
Payment
Payment takes place via a safe server (SSL) which is approved by PBS, the official Danish banking system. The typed in information is encrypted, and this means that the customer in question is the only person with access to the information. At no point do we have access to our customers’ bank or credit card information.
